You can request for a refund of the fee for ...
- ... publication before your research paper is published.
- ... a soft copy of the journal before sending it to you by email or other medium.
The amount of refund will be 50% of the fee of the corresponding service.
How to Request a Refund
You can request for a refund by ...
- ... sending an email to us on editor@uscse.com.

Please mention your paper's id in message you send to us.
Request of refund may not be fulfilled by calling us.
The sender's email address or phone number must match with one of the authors of the corresponding research paper.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be released on the same channel/mode of payment that the author had used to make payment.
Please allow 10 business days to get the refunded amount back in your account.
Failed or Duplicate Transactions
In the event of a failed transaction or duplicate payment, the amount is typically reversed automatically. If it is not reversed then you can contact us on the above specified email address or phone number (SMS/WhatsApp).
